• If you would like to change your registration from live to online attendance before 1 May 2024, you will be refunded for the difference without an administrative fee. If the change is done after May 1^st, 2024, there will be a € 60 administrative fee.
• If you would like to cancel your registration before April 5^th, 2024, an administrative fee of € 60 is only applied. From April 5^th to May 10^th, 2024, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• No refunds are granted after May 10^th, 2024.
• In the unlikely case the conference has to move to an entirely online event or live event with limited live attendees, the participant will be refunded for the fee difference.
• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
• All refunds will be made after the conference.

Please note that photographs and footage will be taken throughout TORQUE 2024. Also, presentations will be recorded. These can be used by the organizing committee and organizing parties for marketing and publicity in our publications, on our website and in social media or in any third-party publication.Please contact the event organizer if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.

Do you agree that we share your personal information with the European Academy of Wind Energy (EAWE) and the Università degli Studi di Firenze for future correspondence?

We will use the data you provide (your name, organization, position and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event.
